The rules for using the River Homeschool website, portal and classes.
01About these terms
By using this website or enrolling a student, you agree to these terms. A parent or guardian must accept them on behalf of a child.
02Enrolment
Sending the Enroll form is a request, not a confirmed place. The school confirms the program, schedule and fee with you before classes start.
03Fees
Fees are shared directly with each family and agreed before classes begin. Payment terms, refunds and missed-class arrangements are as agreed with the school.
04Classes and conduct
- Classes are live and online. Please join on time with a working device and a quiet place to learn.
- Students, guardians and teachers are expected to behave respectfully. The school may pause classes for conduct that harms others.
- Classes must not be recorded or shared without the school's permission.
05Portal accounts
Keep your login private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Each account is for one person.
07Religious guidance
Our teachers teach the Qur'an and Islamic studies. The website chat assistant gives general information only and does not issue religious rulings.
08Limits
We work hard to keep classes and the website running, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. Learning results depend on each child's effort and attendance.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
